No delivery, no response, no refund!

<p>I placed an order in mid-NOVEMBER for Dr Organic Products and have not yet received them. And yet I see that you are offering the same products today. Where are the last ones - or is this just another way of ******** customers?</p> <p>You don't answer your emails or your phone. I have been a regular customer for years - is this how you reward loyalty?</p> <p>Shocking service - about to report this as *****, especially as it seems there are a scary number of other customers who are complaining about the same thing. </p> <p>Mine was quite a large amount, way out of your stated delivery times, and I want a refund.</p>
