No Delivery / No Customer Serivce

<p>I ordered and paid a substantial amount for clothing on 10 January 2017. 23 days later despite 2 unanswered requests to their customer service department I have received zero feedback, no delivery, no explanation, no apology. Terrible service. Will definitely not be using runway sale.co.za again.</p> <p> </p>
