No Delivery but money taken 22 Working Days later

<p>I orders 2 pairs of shoes on 15 November 2016. Money was deducted same time off my bank account. In the first week of December I called their call centre ********** 444 quoting my invoice no and the agent says I must wait up to 20 Working Days and it excludes Weekends and Public holidays. I accepted this but now 22 working days later I have no shoes and their Customer Service no is impossible to get through to... I'm extremely disappointed as I needed these shoes before I go on my holiday this Thursday. </p>
