no delivery but money taken

<p>i have placed an order with runway sales on the 31 october 2016. money has been deductd off my account the same day...i am still waiting on delivery and not to say its a small amount. why take ppls money so long in advance ?????????? i have called on numerus occasions just to be told its on its way!!!!!!! its very frustrating. i tried callig agin today first time i held o the phone for 10 minutes no answer. 2nd time i waited for 15 minutes no answer???? what do i do???</p>
