No delivery and feedback

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and got a call just a few days after to notify me that I will receive my parcel later that day. No parcel arrived, I logged a query and was told they were going to investigate. They then came back saying it was delivered but all the cameras at home didn't show and delivery. The delivery company came to confirm the address to confirm of it wasn't delivered to the wrong address. So I advised him that to get access to the gate they would have had to buzz the gate and I would have had to open but nothing came through for that say. So he said they would investigate further and come back to me but till today after sending another follow up email runway sale hasn't come back to me or refunded my parcel. I honestly don't even want to buy from them anymore.
