No delivery

I hate the fact that when i placed the order i was told that the sneakers were available i had to wait for a period of 3-4 weeks (May2020) for them ,only to be told that they are no longer available ,when i called RS last week Thursday i was assured that the sneakers will be delivered to the were house this week .I hate that i have been taken for a ride for absolutely nothing i am one of the biggest supporter of RS and i an not happy with the service i got from you.BAD .This was false adverti*****t .I feel if i had not called last week i would still be waiting for nothing ,This showed that you are not customer focused and i want something to be done about this.
