Never again, terrible service, unreliable.

I had a terrible experience with Runwaysale. I placed an order on Sunday with 1-3 day delivery, but by Tuesday night, the only update was payment confirmation. After emailing them, I got a pickup notification the next morning, yet tracking showed the courier only received the order late Wednesday. It then moved from JHB to Cape Town for Saturday delivery. After five business days with no courier updates, I emailed again. Despite their good deals, the poor service means I won’t shop there again and will warn others. Very disappointing.
