Negligence & poor service

Poor experience it has been over 2 months trying to get a refund. Runway Sale gave me an item with the wrong shoe size and the process has been painful. I follow up on a daily basis & want nothing to do this company. I have followed their instructions but they still have not refunded my money and yet this was owing to their negligence.
