MYRUNWAY( SALE) PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

When I placed my order , delivery was expected between the 13th and 19th December, on the 15th December ,I received an email to notify me that my order had been dispatched and delivery would take place in 1-3 days, its going on 7 days since the dispatch email and my order has not arrived, I have more than 3 or 4 sms's from dawn wing to notify me that my package is out for delivery but later on I get another sms to notify me my package could not be delivered, I emailed My Runway to enquire on the 15th, Lorraine said she would enquire with the courier service and get back to me, I have sent My Runway numerous emails since the 15th and Lorraine has still not got back to me with an update. I ordered gifts which I had to then spend extra money and purchase from the mall since my gift exchange was meant to happen on Monday 19th December 2022. Where is my order? I Paid in full and still get no feedback from you guys? And being busy is not an excuse as its been days since my order was dispatched and no update as to where my package is. As far as I am concerned if I pay MyRunway in full, as long as my package isnt delivered , you are fully responsible , dealing with the courier service is not my responsibility. Its a pity I have to rate you to write this review or else, Myrunway would get No stars.
