I will never deal with them again in any form or manner

Nice clothes at a good price are no match for professional and good client service

Their admin is totally beyond tardy and it affects everything from an order, a swap out or a return

You are the customer and it's your money, yet you have to sort out a refund all by yourself and I can assure you, it's a mammoth mission, and even if you do it right, you still have to follow up with them

Everything just hangs around in space and you get drips and drabs of information resulting in you having to do the same process over and over again

What the call centre tells you and what the app processes does not match so you go through everything yet again

For one refund I probably had to do it five times over..... I'll be impressed if they stick to deposit time frame

My ultimate best, is that on totally random days, during working hours, it's not unusual to get an answering machine telling you "we've decided to close a little earlier than usual , please send an email"
