More like Runway SNAIL!

<p>The slowest most neverminded service you will ever receive. I made a purchase on the 17 Oct'16, its more than a month later & my order hasnt even been processed yet. Chances are it will only be dispatched in the new year. After Enquiring about it with Kim who does not have a surname it seems. I'm told that (in a nutshell) the extreme slow delivery is to give customers a better price, What a joke!</p> <p>What ever happen to customer service? When will I receive my order?</p>
