MONEY NOT REFUNDED AFTER RETURNS

Forget about getting your money back on your returns. I first struggled to return my shoes due to them posting the wrong picture by item description. Now they have the shoes back it is nearly 3 weeks and my account is still not credited. The response is merely "I apologize but I cannot credit your account and forwarded the request to our finance department". No further contact details as to how I can esculate it or get my money back
