Misleading advertising

Good day I had two watches in my basket at R1999each and other items,put the transaction through then the app timed out. I had to go to dobtge checout again only to gind ggat tge watches price has increased to R2199.In the same time thepre was a message for 20% off sitewide.The transaction went though but the 20% was not deducted from all the items.I sent a complaint and was told the watches is new stock and the 20% was not for all products. It seems like the complaint was in vein. Regards Elaine
