Loose lid

I ordered a Revlon make up, the box was open I could feel it inside the plastic. I opened it and all my items were there. I then was about to use my make up and just as I'm about to open the lid the bottle slipped away before i can even twist the lid. My bottle just crushed to pieces on the floor. I wrote a complain only to be told by Carla that my product went for a quality check before it was sent to me. All I was eaxpecting was for them to request the bottle to be retuned and they investigate what I said happened. The lid was very very loose and it doesn't even hold unto the bottle at all.

Your Carla sent me an email and said I must order another make up. I mean no audacity to at least say let us check the quality of the lid. This is not my first order, I have bought CZ earing before and they broke and I was told to return them. I ordered them again as I speak now only one is left the other broke and was lost. I didn't complain about that yet I'm stuck with one ear ring. Your customer service is bad Carla.
