Lack of customer service

<p>I buy from this company very frequently but they do not care to take care of their loyal customers. They claim a 10 - 20 day delivery turn aroumd time but believe me this is not the case. I have to constantly email them enquiring about my order. I am still awaiting 2 deliveries which were purchased in october and november respectively. They cannot even response to my mails. Pathetic service and I will never buy from them again.</p>
