Its difficult to get a refund on Runway sale online shopping.

I always buy my shoes oline, i bought shoes and i wanted a Size5 but i receved a size 7.5. on the box it shows a size 5 but inside igot a 7.5 so i asked for a return. the shoes where collected on the 31st of May and they confirmed that they received the shoes back at their wharehouse. I send emails everyday to get my refund back and i am not getting any assistant. I am never using this online anymore if its such a hussle to get my money back and i want it.
