Incorrect order delivered and poor service

In one week alone, RunwaySale has *****ed me over 3 times. Firstly, I loved and ordered a beige shoe from them. They delivered another colour shoe. I immediately notified them and the response I received from Kim was "it was an error on their website, they never had the beige to start with". Now here's the interesting part, to return the shoe I'm expected to incur return costs!!! Are you flippin kidding me???

Secondly, I placed two other orders with them within the same week, and up until today, the orders have not been dispatched. When asked about this, they responded with "the payment was received but not matched to your account". How is this my baby? I have never experienced such service with other online shopping platforms.
