<p>Bought Christmas gifts (order no ********** ********** ) on the 1/12/2016 with same date confirmation of payment.</p> <p>I followed this up with e-mails on the 14/12, 19/12 and today 23/12 with 1 response about how much they have grown and their new system will improve service delivery but no answer on when my Christmas gifts will be delivered. Had to buy additional Christmas Gifts at extra cost. When phoning Runwaysale number nobody answer the phone with the same tone of high volume calls are experienced but no reply.</p> <p>Customers should not buy from such *********** company</p>
