Impressive customer care

Shout out to Kira and especially Lisa at RS support side. Warehouse had botched order twice and Lisa was amazing at resolving the return, credit allocation and resending of the correct item in very short turn around time. Considering the volume of work they must be facing I am super impressed with their response level to customer complaints. Shout out to their partner DPD Laser as well, brilliant communication from both office and drivers.
