I will never see online shopping the same

I love shopping online but lately I've been having so many issues with this company so much I feel like they don't even care, I've had a refund issue for the past 2 weeks and I keep calling I'm being told to send an email to the person I've been communicating with regards to my query, I've tried everything and this was my last resort to ask for the refund that's been sitting on runwaysale account to be refunded to my account
