I want my money back!!

It's been over a month since my request to return a pair of boots was approved. Over a week ago the item was collected and to this day Runway sale has not advised as to whether the parcel was received or not. I just want them to know that i want my money back into my bank acc as soon as possible. I had requested that my acc be credited so i can purchase something else, but their service is slowly starting to disgrace me.
