I just don't win with these people.

<p>If you all belong to one company, surely you follow the same policies and procedures right? WRONG, each agent at RunwaySale has their own sets of rules and policies? Am i missing something. </p> <p>Each time i speak to an agent, they tell me ' we are busy with new systems trying to make things better ', fine. good enough. But please make sure you are all on the same page then!</p> <p> </p> <p>Irrespecive of their ****PY services, i still purchase, HOPING that there are no issues, because some of the items are actual quality, but each time is a disappointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys should maybe just close down and leave the work to Superbalist or Spree - these online platforms actually do a great job, learn from them ;)</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>PS, Kim, I've dealt with you before, you are a great help!
