Horrible Service All Around

1. I am still waiting for RunwaySale to collect returns from my home (Return #***). On their website, it says package sent. This is not true. the last time we corresponded, they mentioned that they have spoken to some courier company to collect the package on a particular 03 July 2020. This is very concerning I must say. It says a lot about this company.

2. I still have not received the order of ***. I did mention in my correspondence to them. Order was placed on the 6 May 2020. I also spoke on the phone with one of their representatives who said that they will be conducting an investigation into the matter, which according to her would take three days. No one has since contacted me about this matter. Apparently my order was delivered and received by someone I have never heard of. I think it was delivered to a wrong address.
