Horrible service

<p>I placed an order on 1 November 2016 and on the 7th of December 2016 they told me one must wait till the end of the sale, then give 20 days.</p> <p>I followed up again on the 13th of December 2016 to find out were my order is. I was then told some of my items was damaged. I've asked them to deliver before the 20th December, but there was no answer as to when it will deliver. On the 19th of December I asked once again when I will receive my package as this is Christmas gifts. There was no response, today 21 December 2016 I followed up once again and there is no response. I've been phoning and the only answer you get is they experience high call volume and then the phone rings till you are blue.</p> <p> </p> <p>They can't refund you, but give you store credit....and honestly I won't buy anything from them ever again.</p>
