Horrible Customer service-no feedback for 3 weeks

<p>I ordered off runway sale.</p> <p>Finally received delivery approx 30 days after my order.</p> <p>The items received were incorrect sizes. I immediately contacted runway sale as per their policy and therefafter posted my items back and also sent a second email to runway sale with the parcel tracking number etc. I have since sent approx 10-12 emails and I have still not received an update or my refund.</p> <p>my items were or R593,00 and I still paid my own return postage off R100,00 however I have now been cheated. The courier services confirmed delivery of the parcel which was sent overnight!</p> <p>Still no refund or response from Runway sale. I would never recomend this retail site to anyone.</p>
