Horrible customer service

The worst customer service. From receiving wrong items (same shoe pair with different sizes) to return items not collected as per the date you requested.

No communication with clients regarding your return requests not collected.

Receiving incorrect credit a amounts, constantly following up on orders.

I had a t shirt ordered & it was returned for 5 times, all because someone wasn't paying attention to the correct size jjeerrrr the list is endless.
