Highly frustrated and disappointed

<p>I am highly frustrated and disappointed with this service. I have been buying so much on runwaysale however going forward i will never buy anything here again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had purchased a guess watch and an under wear item in October 2016 and it is now December... i have not received the items. And they were not cheap items.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been emailing runwaysale to find out about it and after many emails i get a response now that they donot have the items.</p> <p> </p> <p>How did i order and pay for it then???? </p> <p> </p> <p>Could they not have informed me long ago when they detected they dont have it and refunded me????? </p> <p> </p> <p>This was months ago... what if it slipped my mind and i didnt follow up for the 2 items .... i have paid over a thousand rands for ?????? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is damn pathetic . I would like to inform others out there that it is not a good idea to purchase on runwaysale as they dont know what they doing nor do they inform people when they dont have the items. </p> <p> </p> <p>And i had paid for it and have been waiting months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Damn disappointed. Will never visit runwaysale website again!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back asap !!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
