Happy and loyal customer - Runway Sale

I recently ordered a pair of shoes for my husband and the wrong model arrived. I emailed customer service and within the day an agent, Lorraine, had answered my email. She got hold of the warehouse and found that they still had the pair I originally ordered. Within 3 days I received the correct pair and Lorraine organised for the courier to collect the wrong pair, all at no extra cost to me. Can't say how impressed I am at Runway's customer service... happy and loyal customer!
