If you've not shopped via RunwaySale you have to try it. Fabulous specials at great prices, but the best of all is the service. It starts with beautifully packaged goods that more often than not exceeds expected turn-around times. I've also now had the opportunity to test their return process and it was painless, with lots of communication keeping me in the loop at all times. Highly recommend them.
