<p>I am very new at online shopping and saw an ad on Facebook for shoes I wanted. I was very unsure of how to place an order but I called Runwaysale and spoke to Ilse who helped me place my firsrt order. She was very patient with me and explained it very clearly. She then aslo sent me an email with some notes in case I forget next time. Thank you Ilse for making it easy to place my first online order :-)</p>
