Great online support

I've been waiting for my order for a few weeks now, but i knew it was a possibility because they do advise you on their website that it works differently and waiting times might be longer. Lately I'm struggling with alot of companies online support which is worse than poor. So I was so happy to contact a company, and for a change, receive support and have them try and help me and keep me happy. So with all that, I dont mind waiting on an order, especially when it costs so much less than everywhere else. Thank you!
