Goods NOT new!!

<p>I recieved my package yesterday. 1 of the 3 items I received is definitely not new!!! The shirt is supposed to be white....NOT off white! I received it inside out and it was not even folded....it acutally looks like its been worn!! I sent them an e-mail complaining about this. I Did not have any response from them in an hour so I resent the email about another 5 times yesterday. This morning I received an email telling me my order was dispatched!! yes,,,,,I know it was dispatched and im not happy with what I received. I resent the email again 15 times this moring so I hope to hear from someone soon. Their return policy sucks as I will have to pay to sent this item back.......why??? Its not my fault the stuff got here in such poor condition???</p>
