Going the extra mile!

I placed an order on the Forever New sale for my brides****s dresses for my wedding on 25 April. I emailed runwaysale to ask them to please make sure my order was delivered before them if possible. I got a call back from one of the customer service ladies who explained the delivery process and said she could not guarantee the delivery time as they had to wait for the supplier to deliver the stock but she kept me in the loop throughout the process and gave me a call this morning to say my order would be delivered tomorrow!!<br> <br> Thank you for making my wedding less stressful and for going the extra mile!
