Fantastic service - something that is hard to come by these days

Just had the most wonderful experience with returning a product to Runway Sale. Mariska, the lady assigned to me, was so friendly, efficient and helpful. She arranged a courier to collect my parcel and was in constant communication during the refund process. Emails were always answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Thank you so much.
