False Adverti*****t and Delivery

If i could rate this company a negative ZERO i would be glad! I purchased a perfume set only to find out that it is a wrong packaging, there are missing items in the box. I have logged a return since March 2023 yet they keep giving me run arounds whereas they are the ones who are wrong. I am not happy with the service received. i have send 23 emails to Channel one of the consultants yet to no avail! This is frustrating and mind you it is a Birthday present!! DELIVER MY REPLACEMENT ORDER TODAY AND STOIP FALSE ADVERTI*****T!!!!
