Exorbitant Delivery Fee For Worst Courier

I was shocked to learn that my parcel would be delivered by Dawn Wing, the worst in the country. I would not have placed the order if I had known.

Right on queue, they failed to deliver yesterday and ****, saying that I was unavailable when I was at work til 8 and we have 24/7 security.

You charge R60 for this?!

Your social media team confirmed that they had just run out of time yesterday.

I advised on Twitter this morning that I had known Dawn Wing would fail me once again today and that you contact them in an attempt to prevent this from happening. It would appear that you have part time social media managers as nobody has responded for hours.

I will not put myself through the anxiety and stress of dealing with Dawn Wing (let alone pay R60 for the privilege)

Please please cancel my order at once and refund back to the card, including the delivery fee.

Missing out on the jumpsuit pains me, but it's sadly not going to be worth it.
