Excellent Service_Returns

The forward process of ordering and getting my items delivered has always worked and I am happy with that. What impresses me the most is when I have the odd problem on a delivered item and I have to get the parcel(s) returned. With some providers, this is a nightmare but with Runway, Kin in particular, this is a breeze. Kim responds promptly to my mails (requests) and addresses the problem at hand to the end.
