Excellent Service regarding feedback

Nici assisted me through my experience, unfortunately they had run out of stock of my shoe size and had the initiative to sent a half size bigger. Sadly the shoe did not fit and Nici assisted in the return of the shoe and provided great service through prompt feedback on my request and regular updates.
