EXCELLENT SERVICE by RUNWAYSALE

I would like to place on record my sincerest appreciation for the manner in which runway deals with customers. Dealt with Mariska - a service manager and I am really blown over at how efficient the customer service is. I needed to re route a parcel and this was done so efficiently - I don't shop at other online stores as it is such a hassle to re-route a parcel - Runway - you are awesome and so is Mariska - hope she gets to see this message :)
