Excellent Service

I bought three sports bras and all three were too small for me.I contacted Runwaysale via email in the evening after business hours. I was very pleased to receive a response from Samantha the following morning.<br> I checked after several days if my parcel had been received back at the store ,again Samantha responded the very same day to my email. She explained in her first response that the items were no longer available and that I would either be refunded or issued a store credit. I'm very happy that my refund has been processed and proof of payment has been sent.<br> <br> I would like to thank Samantha for her excellent service and timeous response to my emails.Keep up the excellent service Runwaysale.
