Excellent service

On the 12/09/12 I placed the order of the wallet which it was delivered quickly in an expected date, on the very same day of delivery i wrote to Runway sale an e-mail with the attachment of faulty things I came across, Runwaysale apologised, 3days after my complain they came to collect the wallet and send me another one which also had a similar problem, Runwaysale showed me an excellent service, they were communicating with me daily and responding to my emails. Eventually I asked for a refund, they didn't hesitate to refund me. All the returns I made was free of charge and the refund was deposited back into my bank account in full. Love Runwaysale
