Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue that needed to be resolved. I sent my email to the Customer Service at Runway (previously known as Runway Sale). A lady by the name of Channel (Support) responded to my emails from day one. She was polite, calm, respectful and friendly. Her responses to my emails were prompt as if I was the only customer. I thank her for her excellent customer service.
