Once lost my courier slip and I couldn't trace my parcel. They went the extra mile on tracing parcel, although it was my fault. They were giving me feedback on status every day via email as well as telephone calls and kept on reassuring me that they will find the parcel. I got a positive email within 2 days that my parcel was found.
