Empty Promises

<p>I placed an order on the 15 November with confirmation that all would be delivered between 5-20 working days. After the 20 days, I check the tracking status to find it had not even left dispatch yet. After which i emailed to follow up and recieved a mail stating that thier two sale items are out of stock - only notifying me after the time in which it should have already been delivered. Also the items were ordered first thing in the morning and definitely did not state out of stock. No communication received in the process, items eventually arrived on the 20 Dec, excluding those cancelled! shocking communication, lack of stock, late delivery.</p>
