****ed off with the service for the second time

<p>I buy products which say they will be delivered for mothers day. It doesnt come so when i query, they respond that i also had a piere cardin handbag so they waiting for that item hence cannot deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then my order finally comes today at 9pm in the night!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>And the handbag is no where to be found in the parcel. Where is the handbag??????? </p> <p> </p> <p>The box is turned upside down and makeup items eg. Eye shadow has broken and messed up other items in the box.</p> <p> </p> <p>How does the warehouse pack and how does the courier work???? And at which hour in the night?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Cannot handle their service , will never buy there again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I advise others not to as well as there are other online shopping sites which are way better and offers free delivery as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money back for the handbag as i havent revceived it and take your broken eye shadow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Deserve a zero rating!</p>
