Disgusting unprofessional service

I write this review with a heavy heart and lots of disappointment on delivery services offered by Runaway sale.

I placed and paid an order on the 18 December 2021. The items I bought were my daughter's Christmas and new year clothes. The delivery days estimates are normal up to 7 days but to my surprise despite the R60 delivery fee they charge I still have not received the parcel. When I called (010) number I was informed the parcel was in Upington while I clearly wrote my address to avoid this chaos.

The audeacity of not being bothered to call me back despite the calls I made to gather explaination and indicate the status of order is not comforting.

Today is 2nd January still I have not received the order nor directive from your company. It's very disappointing considering that I am one of your longest loyal customers.
