Disgusting service

Disgusting service experience from Runway sale. I bought 3 items in June. I requested a return on the items in June already. It took them 3 weeks to come fetch the return and its been over a month and still no refund. I will certainly rather stick to reputable online sites as clearly Runway Sale needs to learn the dynamics of actually running an online site. Currently they are inexperienced and highly unprofessional.
