Disappointment

I recently ordered a pair of shoes as a gift for a friends birthday and jewellery. When I received the package the box was completely damaged on both sides. Needless to say my disappointment.

This was definitely packed at their warehouse...as the courier package was neat.

How can they send through shoes with damaged boxes? Whe. I reported the poor quality of goods to their customer care I was told that I only have 2 options: 1. Purchase another product no collection charge 2. Purchase a new box from them

I mean really.... the inconvenience as well as the lack of customer service.

Runway sent a damaged package and now I must purchase something else. No customer service.. pathetic actually.

Disappointed and I would rather just shop at other online retailers like Superbalists
