Disappointed customer

I am always ordering goodies from Runway for my family.

This time I ordered a pair of red sneakers (as advertised) for my son for it to arrive pink and red. I immediately contacted by phone and email yo relay my disappointment and to return it.

Being my first return, I ensured I followed the returns policy as advised.

However, the came to collect st the incorrect address twice. After I highlighted the correct address several times.

I even called in and still no one has come to collect.

It is now 4 days of waiting.

I'm highly disappointed especially since my costs to contact Runway has now costing me more than to have these shoes returned.

If this is how inefficient your returns policy is, I would rather drive to my local mall and do my purchases.

Really disappointed.
