Disappointed

I have been a client of Runwaysale for years but my last order placed on the 29th of September was delivered at the end of October. I tried all the outfits they werr either too small or too big. I notified them about this and they never acknowledged my emails. I then went online to lodge a return. They arranged Dawn Wing to come collect the parcel on the 1st of November and the parcel has still not bern delivered. Runwaysale then send some silly email that they were sorry they dropped the ball and thus offering me 15% on my next order. How do l think of another order when l have not been refunded? I can tell you now you can never pay me enough to buy from you again
